FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS CAN TAKE 1-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR PARCEL WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN TRANSIT DELIVERY TIMES. 


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. For international orders, your parcel will be in the hands of your local postal service once in your country. Once your order is packed and leaves our LAHANASWIM office, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel with Australia Post.
In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package to our office. For your package to be re-dispatched to you there, you will incur a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location. 
 

CUSTOMS CHARGES:

PLEASE BE AWARE LAHANASWIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS. 

THE PRICES WITHIN THE ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR.

THESE COSTS ARE IMPOSED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

WE ARE ALSO PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM MARKING THE ORDER AS A 'GIFT', EVEN IF THE ORDER IS PLACED WITH THE INTENTION OF SENDING TO A GIFT RECIPIENT.


ONCE YOUR BEAUTIFUL LAHANASWIM IS PASSED ONTO AUSTRALIA POST, YOUR PARCEL IS NOW OUT OF OUR HANDS AND IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF AUSTRALIA POST. LAHANASWIM IS NOT LIABLE IF THE WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO US AT THE CHECKOUT, WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND THE ORDER IN THIS EVENT. WE WILL RE - DISPATCH YOUR ITEM TO THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IF THE PARCEL MAKES ITS WAY BACK TO OUR LAHANASWIM HQ. A RE-SHIPMENT INVOICE ONCE BE PAID IN THIS INSTANCE. BEFORE FINALISING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

LAHANASWIM IS NOT LIABLE IF YOUR PARCEL IS STOLEN IF YOU REQUESTED SAFE DROP OR WROTE A DELIVERY INSTRUCTION TO LEAVE YOUR PARCEL UNATTENDED.

CANCELLED ORDERS
ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED IF IT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED. CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL ONLY ONE ITEM OUT OF YOUR ORDER AND HAVE THE REST SHIPPED, STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE COST OF THAT ITEM.
