RETURN POLICY

  • WE ACCEPT TOPS TO BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT. BOTTOMS OR ONE PIECES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO HYGIENE CONCERNS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY (SEE BELOW) 
  • PLEASE EMAIL INFO@LAHANASWIM.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER STATING YOUR REASON FOR RETURN ALONG WITH YOUR FULL NAME OR EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM. 
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE POST STAMPED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.  ALL RETURNS RECEIVED OUTSIDE THIS TIME FRAME WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE
  • STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURN AND CAN BE USED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER SIZE/ITEM BY PLACING ANOTHER ORDER ONLINE
  • REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE OFFERED IN THE EVENT OF A MANUFACTURING FAULT, AND THE ITEM CANNOT BE REPLACED OR MENDED
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT UNLESS OF A MANUFACTURING FAULT. THIS INCLUDES ANY ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODE. 
  • LAHANASWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM.

  • PLEASE EMAIL INFO@LAHANASWIM.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY SO THAT OUR RETURNS TEAM CAN ARRANGE FOR THE FAULTY GOODS TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE WILL THEN ASK YOU TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 25 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT.
  • PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY FAULTY ITEMS. ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. WE WILL ASSESS THE FAULT UPON RETURN OF THE GARMENT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE. IF THE ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK, A FULL REFUND OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

SIZING INSTRUCTIONS.

OUR SIZING VARIES FOR EACH STYLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RANGES FALL UNDER DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AND COLOUR SHADES MAY VARY FROM RANGE TO RANGE.

LA LUXE RANGE- PLEASE SEE INDIVIDUAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR SIZING AND MODEL REFERENCES. THE LA LUXE RANGE RUNS TRUE TO SIZE. PLEASE NOTE THIS RANGE IS CHEEKY AND MINIMAL. IF YOU PREFER MORE COVERAGE, PLEASE MOVE UP ONE SIZE AS THE TOPS ARE ADJUSTABLE AND THE BOTTOMS HAVE A BEAUTIFUL STRETCH.

MINIMAL RANGE - PLEASE SEE INDIVIDUAL DESCRIPTIONS OF SIZING AS EACH STYLE IN THIS RANGE VARIES AND HAS ITS OWN RECOMMENDATIONS. 

CARING FOR YOUR LAHANAS

CARING FOR YOUR SWIMWEAR IS IMPORTANT. MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE SIMPLE STEPS TO KEEPING YOUR SWIMWEAR CLEAN AND FRESH.

  • Do not iron or leave in the sun.
  • Hand wash in cold water and rinse thoroughly with cold water, especially if sunscreen is worn. 
  • Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
  • Make sure after leaving the beach that all sand is removed from garment as this can dry out the fabric.
  • Do not dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.
  • Store in a dry place where air frequently flows to avoid moisture from building in garments.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight- this may cause the color to fade and damage the material.
  • Items with Zips we advise to rinse well and not to leave the item with salt water or sand in/on it.
