DELIVERY INFORMATION

WHEN WILL I GET MY LAHANASWIM PRODUCT

* AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC EXPRESS: 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS

                                             * AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC REGULAR PARCEL POST: 2 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS
                                               * INTERNATIONAL: (COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA)  6 – 28 BUSINESS DAYS

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is packed and leaves our LAHANASWIM office, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel with Australia Post.
A signature upon delivery is required, so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
In the event that you have failed to collect your package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package back to our office. In order for your package to be re-dispatched to you there, you will incur a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. 
 


CUSTOMS CHARGES:

PLEASE BE AWARE LAHANASWIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS. 

THE PRICES WITHIN THE ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR.

THESE COSTS ARE IMPOSED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

LAHANASWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRY'S POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES.

WE ARE ALSO PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM MARKING THE ORDER AS A 'GIFT', EVEN IF THE ORDER IS PLACED WITH THE INTENTION OF SENDING TO A GIFT RECIPIENT.


ONCE YOUR BEAUTIFUL LAHANASWIM IS PASSED ONTO AUSTRALIA POST, YOUR PARCEL IS NOW OUT OF OUR HANDS AND IS UNDER THE CONTROL OF AUSTRALIA POST. LAHANASWIM IS NOT LIABLE IF THE WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO US AT THE CHECK OUT, WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND THE ORDER IN THIS EVENT. WE WILL RE - DISPATCH YOUR ITEM TO THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IF THE PARCEL MAKES ITS WAY BACK TO OUR LAHANASWIM HQ. A RE SHIPMENT INVOICE ONCE BE PAID IN THIS INSTANCE.
